Shopping Information
Delivery:
Orders are dispatched usually on the same day of ordering, if not the
next day. They are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery -
delivery takes 1-2 days.
Delivery costs are as follows:

Packaging:
All jewellery is dispatched in Baronessa luxury branded boxes (right). Some sale jewellery is packaged in pink tissue paper and an organza bag.
Care:Keep your jewellery away from water and perfume. Remove
jewellery when sleeping, bathing and during exercise. Clean using a soft
cloth and store in our gift box/bag.
Order Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Baronessa, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, ie earrings. Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days. To cancel your order, please contact us.
Return or exchange an item: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour if requested.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please send original invoice and parcel to: Baronessa Ltd, 22 Cromwell Road, Teddington, Middx TW11 9EN. All goods should be sent back in their original packaging as we cannot offer a refund or exchange on worn or damaged goods.
Faulty Item:If the item you received is faulty, please
contact Us, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Note: All items must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
